Hi, I'm Mike Lewis and I've been working with personal computers (PC's) since their conception. I'd like to say there is little I don't know about PC's, but that's not the case. Everyday I learn something new. That's the nice part about this business, it's constantly changing. The other nice thing is, through the internet, if I do not know the answer I have contacts and technical sites to go to where someone probably does. And this is where my experience comes into play. With that said, if I cannot fix the problem it is my guarantee I will not charge you. Hopefully for my family's sake that will not happen very often.
