Hi, I'm Mike Lewis and I've been working with personal computers (PC's) since their conception. I'd like to say I know everything there is to know about PC's, but that's just not the case. Everyday I learn something new. That's the nice part about this business. It is constantly changing. The other nice thing is, through the internet, if I do not know the answer, I have technical sites I can to go where someone probably does. And this is where my experience comes into play. With that said, if I cannot resolve your problem it is my guarantee that I will not charge you. Hopefully for my family's sake that will not happen.
